How to Get a Dummy Ticket for Qatar Visa
Book a reservation with your planned Doha (DOH) dates, check its PNR and use it while you plan and apply. Know its limit, though: Visit Qatar says a confirmed round ticket is required, so buy the real fare before flying. Ours costs ₹699 from India, AED 33 from the UAE or SAR 34 from Saudi Arabia.

Five steps, in order
- Find your entry route. Your nationality and residence decide whether you need Hayya, a visa on arrival or nothing at all (see the facts below).
- Fix your dates. Decide the nights you will spend in Qatar and, if you need a Discover Qatar hotel, check availability first.
- Order the reservation. Enter the route into DOH and back, using the names exactly as on your passports.
- Verify it. Look the booking up on the carrier's website using the PNR and your last name, and read every date.
- Buy the ticket before you travel. Entry requires a confirmed round ticket, so the reservation is a planning document, not your boarding document.
Qatar entry rules from the official tourism site
- GCC nationals (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the UAE) do not need a visa.
- Indian nationals can get a visa on arrival if they have booked a Discover Qatar hotel, or apply online in advance for a Hayya A3 entry visa.
- The A3 visa is aimed at holders of a valid visa or residence permit for Schengen countries, the UK, the US, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
- Residents of GCC states who are not GCC citizens are pointed to the A2 entry visa on Hayya.
- The visa on arrival and the Hayya visas cost QAR 100.
- “Confirmed round ticket is required”, and the passport must be valid for at least three months from arrival.

Price by where you book
| Booking from | Price per passenger |
|---|---|
| India | ₹699 |
| United Arab Emirates | AED 33 |
| Saudi Arabia | SAR 34 |
| Oman | OMR 3.5 |
| Kuwait | KWD 2.75 |
| Anywhere else | $9 |
The same price applies to one way and return. Hotel bookings are priced per stay, per traveller – but for an Indian visa on arrival, Qatar wants the hotel booked through Discover Qatar, so do not substitute one of ours there.
Example: a long weekend from Riyadh
Suresh, an Indian engineer living in Riyadh, wants four nights in Doha from 12 to 16 December 2026 with his wife.
- As GCC residents without GCC citizenship, they look at the A2 entry visa on Hayya.
- They order a RUH → DOH reservation for 12 December, returning 16 December: two passengers at SAR 34 each.
- They use the reservation to line up dates while preparing the Hayya application, and check what the Hayya form itself asks them to upload.
- Once approved, they buy real return tickets for the same dates, because entry requires a confirmed round ticket.
Where people go wrong
- Treating a reservation as the confirmed round ticket Qatar asks for at entry.
- Booking a hotel outside Discover Qatar when relying on an Indian visa on arrival.
- Forgetting the three-month passport validity rule for short trips.
- Applying for a visa at all when travelling on a GCC passport, which needs none.

Dummy ticket price by country
The price follows the country of your phone number, not the destination. One way and round trip cost the same; multi-city itineraries are priced per pair of flights and a hotel booking costs the same per stay.
| Phone number from | Flight reservation |
|---|---|
| India | ₹699 per passenger |
| United Arab Emirates | AED 33 per passenger |
| Saudi Arabia | SAR 34 per passenger |
| Qatar | QAR 33 per passenger |
| Oman | OMR 3.5 per passenger |
| Kuwait | KWD 2.75 per passenger |
| United States and Canada | $9 per passenger |
| United Kingdom | £7 per passenger |
| Everywhere else | $9 per passenger |
Paid through Razorpay by UPI, card or netbanking. The reservation is emailed in about 10 minutes and stays valid for up to 2 weeks; the airline decides the exact period, so book close to your appointment.
What you receive
The same itinerary format the airline itself sends, with a six-character booking reference (PNR) that resolves on the airline's "Manage booking" page. Every reservation shows:
- Passenger names exactly as on the passport
- Airline, flight numbers, dates and times
- Live PNR / booking reference you can check yourself
- Departure and arrival airports
- Class of travel and baggage allowance
Watch: how to book a dummy ticket
A short walkthrough of the booking page, 1 minute 23 seconds with voice-over: enter your route and passengers, pay, and receive your reservation with its PNR by email.
- Route and passengers. Choose one way, round trip or multi-city, pick the airports and dates, and enter names as on the passport.
- Pay. UPI, cards or netbanking through Razorpay.
- Receive your PNR. The reservation arrives by email in about 10 minutes.
Why a live reservation beats a free "ticket generator"
A generated ticket has no PNR. A visa officer who checks it finds nothing, and a refusal for a false document is the hardest kind to appeal.
| What the embassy checks | DummyTicketPrice | Free "ticket generator" | Buying a real ticket |

| PNR resolves on the airline website | Yes: a live reservation | No PNR | Yes |

| If the visa is refused | Only the ₹699 / $9 fee | Refusal for false documents | Cancellation fees |
