At DummyTicketPrice.com, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services and real-time airline bookings, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Full Refund

We will provide a 100% refund in the following cases:

  • We failed to deliver your ticket within 3 hours of payment.
  • The PNR provided was invalid or not verifiable on the airline website at the time of delivery.
  • We made a mistake in the travel details (Name, Date, Route) that differs from what you submitted.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your travel plans or no longer need the ticket after it has been delivered.
  • Your visa application was rejected (we do not guarantee visa issuance).
  • The airline canceled the PNR after the standard validity period (24-48 hours).
  • You booked the ticket too early, and the PNR expired before your appointment.

3. Cancellation Procedure

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Bank) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
