How we deliver your digital documents.

1. Method of Delivery

Since we deal exclusively in digital services (Flight Itineraries and Hotel Reservations), no physical product will be shipped to your address. All documents are delivered electronically.

2. Delivery Channels

You will receive your PDF tickets via:

  • Email: Sent to the email address provided during booking.
  • WhatsApp: Sent directly to your registered mobile number (recommended for fastest access).

3. Delivery Time

We pride ourselves on speed. Under normal operating conditions:

  • Standard Delivery: 10 to 30 minutes.
  • Peak Hours: Up to 60 minutes.

4. Shipping Charges

There are zero shipping charges. The price you see on the website includes the generation and digital delivery of the documents.
