Dummy Flight Ticket with Singapore Airlines PNR – Live from $9

A Singapore Airlines reservation for a visa lists your planned SQ flights under a six-character booking reference, which singaporeair.com's Manage Booking retrieves with your family name. We issue it for $9 per passenger, or ₹699 when booked from India, emailed in about ten minutes. It is a held booking, not a purchased ticket.

Singapore Airlines facts for visa applicants

Booking reference or paid ticket number?

Singapore Airlines lets you look up a trip in two ways, and the difference matters for a visa file.

Our PDF carries the booking reference. Do not expect, or write in, a ticket number; the visa form should simply list the planned flights and dates.

Worked example: Chennai to Melbourne through Changi

Priya is applying for an Australian visitor visa to attend her brother's graduation and plans to fly 18 January 2027, returning 8 February.

  1. She asks for a return itinerary MAA → SIN → MEL with the same routing home, all on Singapore Airlines.
  2. On singaporeair.com she opens Manage Booking, types the reference and “RAGHAVAN”, and sees four sectors with her name.
  3. Her leave letter, her brother's invitation and the reservation all say 18 January to 8 February.
  4. Booked from India, she pays ₹699; a reservation booked from Singapore or anywhere outside India would be $9.

Because Changi is a transit stop, she also checks whether her nationality needs anything to pass through Singapore airside. That rule is set by Singapore's authorities, not by the airline, so she reads it on their own site rather than relying on a booking agent.

Habits that cause SQ lookup errors

  • Typing the name in the wrong box. Manage Booking wants the family name. South Indian passports sometimes print the father's name or a place name as the surname; use exactly that field.
  • Mixing in a Scoot sector. Scoot is part of the Singapore Airlines group but runs its own booking system. Keep the visa itinerary on one airline if you can so a single lookup shows everything.
  • KrisFlyer login confusion. Logging in to KrisFlyer only shows bookings linked to your membership. Use the reference-and-surname route to see a reservation made for you.
  • Forgetting the second traveller. Each passenger is $9 (or ₹699 from India); a couple needs two names on the order, not one.

The hold window for SQ flights is shown before you pay. The document is for visa paperwork and cannot be used to check in.

When an SQ itinerary is the natural choice

Pick Singapore Airlines when its network genuinely suits the trip: Indian parents visiting a son or daughter studying in Australia, couples heading to New Zealand, or business travellers bound for Japan or Indonesia with a stop in Singapore. If your sponsor or tour operator has already quoted SQ fares, using the same airline keeps the paperwork consistent. Applicants in the Gulf pay in local currency: AED 33 in the UAE, SAR 34 in Saudi Arabia, QAR 33 in Qatar, OMR 3.5 in Oman and KWD 2.75 in Kuwait.

Singapore Airlines reservation FAQs

01How do I check a Singapore Airlines reservation online?

Go to Manage Booking on singaporeair.com and enter the six-character booking reference with your last or family name as it appears in your passport.

02Will my reservation have a Singapore Airlines paid ticket number?

No. The 13-digit paid ticket number is issued only when a fare is paid. A reservation carries the booking reference instead.

03Is Singapore Airlines in Star Alliance?

Yes. Singapore Airlines is a Star Alliance member, with its hub at Singapore Changi Airport.

04Can the itinerary include a connection at Changi?

Yes. Most routes from India to Australia or New Zealand on Singapore Airlines connect at Changi, and the reservation lists every sector.

Dummy ticket price by country

The price follows the country of your phone number, not the destination. One way and round trip cost the same; multi-city itineraries are priced per pair of flights and a hotel booking costs the same per stay.

Paid through Razorpay by UPI, card or netbanking. The reservation is emailed in about 10 minutes and stays valid for up to 2 weeks; the airline decides the exact period, so book close to your appointment.

Watch: how to book a dummy ticket

A short walkthrough of the booking page, 1 minute 23 seconds with voice-over: enter your route and passengers, pay, and receive your reservation with its PNR by email.

  1. Route and passengers. Choose one way, round trip or multi-city, pick the airports and dates, and enter names as on the passport.
  2. Pay. UPI, cards or netbanking through Razorpay.
  3. Receive your PNR. The reservation arrives by email in about 10 minutes.

Why a live reservation beats a free "ticket generator"

A generated ticket has no PNR. A visa officer who checks it finds nothing, and a refusal for a false document is the hardest kind to appeal.
