What the lookup shows for an unpaid hold
The ticket-number route on etihad.com therefore will not find it; the reference plus surname will. When the record opens it normally lists the passenger names, flight numbers and dates. Seat selection, check-in and a boarding pass will not be available, and that is exactly what an officer should expect from a reservation.
Entering the details so the record opens
- Type the reference in capitals, exactly as printed on the PDF.
- Use the surname from the passport. Multi-part family names such as Al Mansoori should be entered with the spacing shown on the passport.
- For a single-name passport, tell us at booking and we will confirm which field holds the name, so the lookup works first time.
- If the page reports no booking, wait a few minutes and retry before contacting support.

Indian applicants often like a Gulf connection because it reaches many European cities with a single stop. If Etihad is your choice, keep the Abu Dhabi connection realistic and make sure the European arrival city is the one named on your form. The ₹699 price per passenger does not rise because the routing has two flights instead of one.
